What is your salad dressing of choice? Tough one... Ranch, oil & vinegar, or Zesty Italian
What is your favorite fast food restaurant? Taco Bell-- Loooove their chicken quesadillas!
What is your favorite sit down restaurant? Olive Garden, although I do love Hooters wings and Key Lime pie!
On average, what size tip do you leave at a restaurant? It depends on what kind of service I get to be honest. If the waiter/waitress is an ass, not as much as I would for someone who is happy, cheerful and attentive.
What food could you eat every day for two weeks and not get sick of it? Tough one! Chips and salsa, Tiramisu and pasta
Name three foods you detest above all others. Fish, wild game, I know there are a bunch of other but I'm having a brain fart!
What is your favorite dish to order in a Chinese restaurant? Szechewan chicken
What are your pizza toppings of choice? Either ham or pepperoni w/ pineapple. (EE, remind me to NEVER order a pizza w/ you!)
What do you like to put on your toast? Depends on my mood, either butter and jelly, peanut butter, (love pb and bannanas!), or sometimes butter w/ suger and cinnamon
What is your favorite type of gum? Extra Polar Ice

What is the wallpaper on your computer? At work, a pic of my neice w/ her finger up her nose
What is your screensaver on your computer? Something boring, probably the Windows screensaver.

How many landline phones do you have in your home? 3, 2 cordless and one actual corded
How many televisions are in your home? 3 (yes I know!)
What kitchen appliance do you use the least? Hahaha!!! That's a toss up--- would it be the stove or the microwave??? :) Just kidding (kind of). I'll go w/ the crock pot or the pizzaz pizza thing.
What is the format of the radio station you listen to most? I have Sirius so I'm always flipping between Sirius Hits 1, The Pulse (both newer music), Hair Nation, Octane and the Playboy channel.
How many sex toys do you own that require batteries? Hahaha! Uh, a few....

Which of your five senses do you think is keenest? I'll go w/ smell. My mom always yells at me 'cause I can smell things no one else can. Although I can hear someone say my name from a mile away.
When was the last time you had a cavity? Probably in my teens I imagine.
What is the heaviest item you lift regularly? My daughter
Have you ever been knocked unconscious? When I was younger I was riding my mom's 10 speed (that had a bar! Can you say OUCH!?) down a really big hill to the downtown area and I missed the curb and hit a parked car. I guess I got up and walked and someone brought me home but I don't remember that either. No clue how long I was laying on the ground by the car!

If it were possible, would you like to know the day you're going to die? I don't know. I guess if I knew I was going to die young I'd make the most of my life but if I was old, probably not. Tough to say. It would probably change my outlook on things, that much I can say.
If you could change your first name, what would you change it to? Thelma. Just kidding. I think I'll keep mine. Too many people know me by this name anyway.
How do you express your artistic side? I love to take pics and play w/ them on Photoshop. I also love to paint.
What color do you think you look best in? Red
How long do you think you could last in a medium security prison? I'd kick ass in there!
Have you ever swallowed a non-food item by mistake? No, I normally eat non-food items on purpose! Oh I'm sure I've swallowed a few insects in my life. I got an email once that said you swallow so many spiders, ants, etc... over a lifetime. I seriously thought I was going to hurl!
If we weren't bound by society's conventions, do you have a relative you would make a pass at?Hell ya!
How often do you go to church? Uh, I try to make it there for holidays, weddings and funerals... Not good, I know!
Have you ever saved someone's life? Not that I know of.
Has someone ever saved yours? Not really. Although I was almost in trouble while in the hospital which is why I ended up w/ a c-section.

Would you walk naked for a half mile down a public street for $100,000? Hell ya! I'd probably do it for less!
Would you kiss a member of the same sex for $100? Sure would! We were just telling the guys in the bar a few weekends ago to give us $50 and we'd do it.
Would you have sex with a member of the same sex for $10,000? Sure would
Would you allow one of your little fingers to be cut off for $200,000? Hmmm... tough call on this too... I know AFLAC pays $1000 per finger or toe... I think I'd like to keep my limbs even though $200,000 is VERY appealing.
Would you never blog again for $50,000? Sure would
Would you pose naked in a magazine for $250,000? Yep
Would you drink an entire bottle of hot sauce for $1000? Whoooo baby! You bet your ass!
Would you, without fear of punishment, take a human life for $1,000,000? No way in hell. I'd have to live w/ that for the rest of my life and there'd be no way.
Would you shave your head and get your entire body waxed for $5,000? I think I might, I'd do it for $10,000 for sure. That's what wigs are for!!! I'd get a full body for $5000 but it may take another to do the head. If I knew it was going to a good cause like Locks of Love or something then I probably would do it.
Would you give up watching television for a year for $25,000? Uh, that means I'd miss Grey's Anatomy, ER, Desperate Houswives, VH1, MTV, etc and my home improvement channels! Are you kidding me?!
