Can I not get away with ANYTHING???Well I went to see a friend out of town on Friday night (I'll post on that later, I'm still waiting for some pics from Becky to arrive in my box). Well last night I'm having a nice, quiet evening at my sisters house with her, her fiance, BT and myself when Jessica calls. She's HAMMERED!!! I could tell this from the first 3 seconds on the conversation. She wants to go out. She needs Sarah time. Uh....ok. Anyway after her calling me (literally) 8 times in 45 minutes I finally agreed to go to the bar and have ONE beer with her. I also dragged my sister w/ me which NEVER happens. The chick's been legal to drink for 3 years and I recall one other time we were in the bar together. Anyway, we go to the bar and Jess is talking so loud that my sis and I are just cracking up. Everytime she'd say something I'd say "WHAT?" Ok, so my sister wanted to get home so we dropped her off and decided to go back down. BT was a little upset about it I think but you know, he leaves me enough that I decided I really didn't care what he felt about it. After midnight-1am Tina calls me (BT's sister), she's at the casino and it's her bday. I had terrible reception in the bar so we decided that we'd call her back. Well 2am rolls around and 4 of us (Me, Jess, the DJ and his gf) all decide to walk across the road to the beach and go swimming. We called Tina back and sang her happy bday and told her we were going swimming etc... Like I said, I dont' swim in this lake as it's butt ass cold. My nipples could have cut a diamond they were so cold and I was only in up to my waist!!! We all get out of the water, say our goodbyes and Jess and I get to my car and I realize, Uh-oh, I lost my cell phone. Yes people, the dumbass that I am. I lost my phone. On a beach. In the dark. And it's blue... So I go park the car and flash the brighs and we go out looking for it with no luck. I'm laughing hysterically at this point in time because *only me*. So I decide screw it, lets go to the police dept. Thank God my dad wasn't working last night but I knew who was. So I go to the office and pound on the back door and there is no answer. This is very strange. I hop in the car and start to leave and I see the men in blue walking across the street. Laughing, I'm telling them that I need their assistance because I decided to go swimming and lost my phone etc, and if they tell my dad I'll kill them. (My dad is the Chief in case you didn't know that.) So off we go back to the beach... Jess stayed in the car because like I said, she was trashed. So M, B and I are all out looking for my phone w/ their big huge flashlights and it finally dawns on me.... WHY were they walking across the street to the pd??? Where were they coming from??? So I ask them. They start laughing because they'd gotten a complaint at another bar that's near the lake so instead of driving they figured they'd walk across the street. While they were there they saw people down by the water so they grabbed the BINOCULARS and decided to see if they could tell who it was. NICE! Really nice. I thought they were kidding but I wasn't really sure. They asked who was with me and I told them I couldn't tell them. But again, if they told my dad I'd have to kill them. We find the phone and I'm thanking them etc.. We start to leave and I decide that I need to call their cell phone. I get B, which is good 'cause I know I can get anythign out of him. So I asked him if they were REALLY watching us. And yes, they were. How freaking funny!!! I get off the phone w/ them and I see Jess holding her mouth. OMG DO NOT puke in my car!!! I pull over and she just lets it all go. YUK!!! Drop her sorry ass off and I called them back again, this time in the office. Yes they REALLY were watching, trying to figure out who was in the water. Funny. Just freaking funny. Not what? 3 weeks ago I get caught dancing on the planter during the street dance by my dad and now this?! Hahaha!!!
UPDATE: After waking up Sunday morning and scratching my back I realized I have a nice red rash all over. Well, not all over but between my shoulder blades. Yes, I'm THRILLED about this. At first I thougt it was swimmers itch but I didn't go past my waist in the water so it can't be that. I'm thinking it's from the shirt. Figures huh?
