My HumpsI don't know how many of you have heard Alanis Morrisette's version of The Black Eyed Pea's "My Humps" but the first time I heard it on Sirius I thought it was the DUMBEST remake I'd EVER heard..... Until I saw the video. Talk about some funny shit! And personally, I've NEVER seen Alanis look better!!! Now I find myself singing to it when it comes on the radio. In between giggles of course!

In other news, I'm heading to WI on Friday to meet up w/ an old co-worker that I havent' seen in 6 years. I'm excited as hell!!! I'm SURE I'll have pics to post as well as some CRAZY stories!!! Stay tuned...

Sweet MollyI decided to get a puppy! She's ADORABLE!!!! Bug didn't know anything about her but when she found out she was hers she actually cried. It was sweet. She's doing really good taking her outside etc. I got her from MN. A friend of mine picked her up for me and I met her when she came home over Easter. The cats are doing much better with her over the past week. One still hisses but overall, I think they'll be getting along really well very shortly. Molly is half Cocker Spaniel and half Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.

In other news... I met up with a pilot friend of mine that I was out of touch with for about 5 years. He's driving about 5 hours away from me so I'm going to drive down and see him. He's flying to Ireland to work for about 6 months so I'm going to go. Why not? Why shouldn't I? It's been FIVE years. My mom will take Bug and the puppy so I'm going to go. Hell w/ it. Take chances right!?
I also just found out, now nothing is set in stone, but my cousin's husband and a bunch of other friends of mine are being sent to Iraq on my birthday. Figures. They'll be deployed for a year. I think they go for 6 months and then come home for 2 weeks and then back again for 6 months. I hate to see this happen. Enough is enough already. Almost all of them have kids. One is a single father. He has 5 kids. Two of them are out of school now, one is in the military himself, he has 2 at home and then the youngest lives with his mom. (They have different moms.) His oldest daughter will take care of them while he's gone but still... so sad.
Well time for me to get some trim-painting done! Yeah.
