MINE MINE MINE!!!!!Chris finally called today! He called the bank back and now all I have to do is go over and sign my life away and it's all mine! He's going to head up there between now and this weekend and clean the rest of his and his ex's stuff out of it so I can start doing my thing. Hopefully he's got it all taken care of by Sunday and I can start hauling. I'm so not looking forward to this! Called someone else today about the furnace and am waiting to hear back from them to see what kind of estimate they give me. Hopefully better than the other guy!
